Returns & Refund Policy

You may apply for return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your goods.

Applications submitted beyond the time limit will not be accepted under normal circumstances.

Items for return must be unused, undamaged and kept in original packaging. All attached accessories should be returned together.

Products with obvious wear, damage or missing parts are not eligible for return.

After we receive and inspect returned items, the full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Funds will be returned via the original payment method you used at checkout.

For voluntary returns due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.

If items are defective or delivered incorrectly, we will cover all related shipping fees.

Please contact our customer service within 48 hours if you receive defective or faulty products.

We will arrange replacement or full refund free of charge after verification.

Custom processed goods, severely damaged goods and clearance items are not supported for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to judge whether the return application complies with relevant rules.
