Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently deliver to all valid addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

International shipping is not available at this time; we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location within the UK.

Remote areas (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Orders over £75 qualify for free standard delivery within the UK.

Standard delivery for orders under £75 costs £4.99. Express delivery options are available at checkout for faster service.

If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
